Day 2 – Hallowed Be Your Name
A Reflection for Thy Kingdom Come 2025
Today, Archbishop Anne Germond invites us to reflect on the next line of the Lord’s Prayer: “Hallowed be your name.”
This reading is drawn from the Thy Kingdom Come 2025 Prayer Journal and was written by Cardinal Vincent Nichols:
“We can pray that God’s name will be reverenced here on earth as it is in heaven.”
Let this be our prayer today: that the name of God would be honoured—not only in our words, but in our lives. And may those for whom we pray encounter that same holiness and love.

🙏 Pray for Five:
Let’s ask God for an increasing reverence for His name, especially as we lift our five people in prayer.
Hallowed be Thy name.
