As National Indigenous Peoples Day approaches, youth at All Saints Anglican Church in Huntsville have taken a leadership role in creating an educational display focused on reconciliation, residential schools, and the Anglican Church’s ongoing journey toward healing. The project encourages parishioners to move from awareness to action while highlighting the important contributions young people make to justice and reconciliation within the Church.

St. Luke’s Celebrates

A special Evensong service at St. Luke’s Cathedral on June 7 celebrated the many people whose gifts enrich the life of the cathedral community. Through presentations, awards, music, and worship, the congregation gave thanks for the faithful service of children, youth, volunteers, choir members, and ministry leaders who continue to share Christ’s light across generations.

On the Road with Archbishop Anne

During a June visit to the Thunder Bay–North Shore Deanery, Archbishop Anne Germond participated in the interment of Canon Paul Carr, visited Archdeacon Eric Paterson, and presided at Holy Eucharist and Confirmation at St. Stephen the Martyr in Thunder Bay. The weekend brought together moments of remembrance, pastoral care, worship, and celebration as three young people were confirmed in the faith.

Walking the Path Together

The Chartres-style labyrinth at Church of the Redeemer in Rosseau continues to serve as a place of prayer, contemplation, and community connection. On June 19, community members are invited to gather for Singing for the Soul: A Sunset Singing Meditation in the Labyrinth, an evening celebrating light, reflection, and the shared spiritual journey.
