Wednesday, 7 April 2021, 6 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. (Eastern Time) | Reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples within the Anglican Church of Canada

Prosperity, security, health, and human dignity of our communities is interdependent to what happens within and outside of Canada – on the land known, from times immemorial, to Indigenous peoples as Turtle Island. The CIC National Capital Branch graciously welcomes special guest speakers Archbishop Mark MacDonald and Judith Moses, Chair of the Anglican Church Jubilee Commission. Archdeacon Dr. Jay Koyle will moderate this most insightful discussion on the Anglican Church’s truth and reconciliation journey, the creation of Indigenous Ministries as well as the Jubilee Commission – mandated to prepare a “just, sustainable and equitable funding base for the self-determining Indigenous Anglican church” and its Ministries.
